Astrea, a division of CCI Systems, Inc., is headquartered in Iron Mountain, Mand is 100% employee owned.  We currently maintain retail store locations in Crivitz, WI and Oconto Falls, WI.  Astrea services towns in your vicinity including Elcho, Pelican Lake, Summit Lake, Post Lake, Lake Lucerne, Laona and Goodman, WI just to name a few.

Astrea offers 24/7 technical support.  On October 1st, Astrea will take over all support and operations of the internet services.  If you have a service-related issue on or after this date, please contact us to speak with an Astrea Customer Advocate who will assist you further with troubleshooting or will schedule a service technician visit.  You can also visit astreaconnect.com and chat with us online during normal business hours (Monday – Friday; 8am – 6pm CST).   

Astrea also offers an account portal where you can submit a service ticket.  Our Customer Advocates are continuously monitoring this portal and will work on submitted requests saving you time on the phone.  You can even check back into the portal for ticket status updates.  Please see the information below regarding account information changes to learn more about registering for this portal. 

There will be no immediate change to your billing process.  The billing company that has handled billing services for KTVS will continue to do so for your October billing statement.  You should pay this bill as you have in the past.  Astrea will begin invoicing as of November 1st and you will receive your first billing statement from us towards the end of October.  The rates that you have been paying to KTVS will be transferred to Astrea.  If there is any change in billing rates, you would be notified at least 30 days prior which is our business policy with all our Astrea customers.   

The billing cycle for Astrea is as follows.  Billing is charged from the 1st of the month through the 30th/31st (or final day) of each month.  Your actual bill will be due on the 10th of the following month.   We have created videos that further explain our billing process and portal access.  You can access those on our website by visiting the My Astrea Account Management page online. 

 You can also pay your bill with Astrea online or we offer the option to mail in your payment or pay by phone.  Additional information on payment options will be noted on your billing statement. 

If you have automatic payments set up to pay your current KTVS bill, that information will not be transferred over into our system to protect your security.  We suggest that you cancel out your current payment method with KTVS and contact us, at Astrea, to set up your new automatic payment. 

When you receive your first billing statement from Astrea, your new account number will be provided.  Once you have this information you can sign up for our online customer portal.  The Astrea Account Portal lets you view your balance, monitor invoices, set up payment and submit service tickets.   

To sign up, you will need a CPNI password as well as your account number.  A CPNI password is a four-digit security code that prevents anyone from accessing your account & payment information through our portal.  To establish this number, please call our Customer Advocate team or send us a chat message by visiting astreaconnect.com.  Once you have your account number and CPNI number in hand, signing up for the portal takes less than 2 minutes.  Then, visit the online billing portal and click “Register”.  Enter your name, email, CPNI and account number.  You’ll receive an email with a link to create a password and log in.  After completing those steps, you will now have access to the Astrea customer portal! 

We will maintain your current level of subscribed services for internet services as of October 1st.  No changes in equipment will be needed at this time and you should not experience any connectivity changes except for a potential complimentary speed increase as we align speed packages to our system. 

However, per our mission, it is our intention to soon invest in your community by creating an infrastructure that allows for internet speeds that typically can only be found in big cities.  As project completion dates are available, we will be connecting with you to share additional information. 


If you are currently away for season, your account will continue to reside in a “parked” status until you return.  To unpark your service, simply call 800-236-8434 and we will be work with you at that time to restore your services.   

Astrea will initially be offering internet service to the Three Lakes, WI community. The addition of TV and Phone services is being evaluated. If those services are added in the future, you will be the first to know.

Yes, at this time no changes will be made to your email account.  However, in the future your email account will become inactive.  We will notify you in advance of this deactivation. However, in preparation, we recommend that you make sure to save or forward any emails you wish to retain through an alternative account. We can provide you with a new Astrea email address (monthly charges apply) or we recommend switching to @gmail.com email. Our team can provide you with additional information on this option by calling 800-236-8434 or by emailing ask@astreaconnect.com.
