Once you submit your form below, a Product Solution Advisor will reach out to you to verify your eligibility. Once eligibility is verified, a service installation date will be scheduled based on availability. Once your service is installed, you will have 60 days of free service.
Prior to disconnecting the service, an Astrea agent will contact you to determine if you would like to continue the service as part of paid plan. If you wish to continue, an advisor will review the billing terms and conditions. If we are unable to connect with you or you do not wish to continue service, the service will be terminated after 60 days.
